摘　　要：数字化教学工厂作为产教融合的产物,旨在通过整合企业、学校和社会资源,创新教学模式,推动职业教育向现代化、数字化方向迈进。从结构功能主义的视角,以AGIL模型为框架,分析了数字化教学工厂的适应、目标实现、整合和模式维持功能。通过对其功能指向的深入探讨,揭示了数字化教学工厂在满足行业需求、提升学生实作能力、提高育人质量和实现教学效率等方面的重要作用,并探讨了其在现实中面临的挑战与困境,以期为未来数字化实训基地的建设和教学改革提供一种新的理论视角与思路。As a product of the integration of industry and education,digital teaching factories aim to modernize and digitize vocational education by integrating resources from enterprises,schools,and society and innovating teaching models.From the perspective of structural functionalism and framed by the AGIL model,this paper analyzes the functions of adaptation,goal attainment,integration,and pattern maintenance of digital teaching factories.Through an in-depth exploration of its functional orientation,the significant roles of digital teaching factories in meeting industry needs,enhancing students'practical skills,improving the quality of education,and achieving teaching efficiency are revealed.The paper also discusses the challenges and dilemmas faced in reality,aiming to provide a new theoretical perspective and approach for the future construction of digital training bases and educational reforms.
