职业教育教师数字化素养提升的欧盟经验

摘  要:在“数字中国”的建设中,教育数字化转型是不可或缺的重要组成部分。要想提高职业教育的适应性,就得抓住数字发展机遇,用数字思维对职业教育的发展进行系统规划。欧盟在促进教师数字化转型方面,采取了全程化培养推动教师专业持续发展、资金投入支撑数字化转型、多措并举开发教育数字资源等举措,这对促进我国师资队伍的数字化发展提供了新思路,即我国可通过建立数字能力框架,推动教学数字化标准规范建设;创造数字技术环境,保证教学数字化发展质量;创新政校企多元协作,完善教学数字化发展协同机制等推动教育数字化转型。In the construction of"Digital China",educational digitization is an indispensable and important component.To improve the adaptability of vocational education,we must seize the opportunity of digital development and use digital thinking to systematically plan the development of vocational education.In promoting the digital transformation of teachers,the EU has taken measures such as comprehensive training to promote the sustainable development of teachers'professions,funding support for digital transformation,and multiple measures to develop educational digital resources.These measures have put forward new ideas for promoting the digital development of China's teaching staff,that is,China can promote the construction of digital teaching standards and norms by establishing a digital competency framework;create a digital technology environment and ensure the quality of digital teaching development;innovative diversified cooperation between schools,government and enterprises,and improve the collaborative mechanism of digital development in teaching,which enable it to better meet the market demand and diversified talent growth needs during the period of rapid digital development.
