摘  要:本文聚焦于建设教育强国背景下高校外语教师继续教育这一重要议题。通过对相关政策和现状的分析,阐述了继续教育对高校外语教师的重要性。探讨了当前继续教育中存在的诸如培训内容与实际需求脱节、培训方式较为单一等问题。提出应加强政策支持、优化培训内容、创新培训方式等策略,以提升高校外语教师的专业素养和教学能力,适应教育强国建设对高质量外语教育的需求,促进外语教育的发展。This article focuses on the important issue of continuing education for foreign language teachers in universities under the back⁃ground of building an education powerhouse.By analyzing relevant policies and current situations,the importance of continuing education for foreign language teachers in universities is elaborated.Explored the current problems in continuing education,such as the disconnect between training content and actual needs,and the single training methods.Strategies such as strengthening policy support,optimizing train⁃ing content,and innovating training methods should be proposed to enhance the professional competence and teaching ability of foreign lan⁃guage teachers in universities,meet the demand for high-quality foreign language education in the construction of an educational power⁃house,and promote the development of foreign language education.
