摘  要:乡村教师是教育强国建设的重要力量,地方师范院校是培养乡村教师的主阵地。培养一支扎根乡村的高素质乡村教师队伍,地方师范院校必须从厚植师范生乡村教育情怀入手,从源头上筑牢师范生扎根乡村、服务乡村教育的思想根基。当前,由于地方师范院校服务乡村办学定位表述含糊、人才培养目标针对性缺席、培养课程乡土知识缺失、乡村教学实践指导不足,师范生乡村教育情怀悬浮,扎根乡村教育的思想根基不牢。因此,地方师范院校要通过明确服务乡村的发展定位、立足高素质乡村教师的人才培养目标、融合乡村知识的培养课程、兼顾乡村教育情怀培育的乡村教学实践等措施,厚植师范生乡村教育情怀,为培养下得去、留得住、教得好的乡村教师打下坚实基础。Rural teachers are an important force in the construction of a strong educational country,and local colleges are the main training ground for rural teachers.To cultivate a high-quality rural teachers team rooted in the countryside,local normal colleges must start by thickly cultivating the rural education sentiments of normal students,and build the ideological foundation of normal students'rootedness in the countryside and serving rural education from the source.Due to the ambiguity of the positioning of local normal colleges to serve the countryside,the absence of targeted objectives for personnel training,the lack of local knowledge in training courses,and the insufficient guidance on rural teaching practice,normal students'rural education sentiment is vulnerable,and their ideological foundation of rooting in rural education is not firm.Therefore,local normal colleges should lay a solid foundation for cultivating rural teachers who are willing to go,stay and teach well by clarifying the development orientation of serving the countryside,cultivating high-quality rural teachers,training courses,and rural teaching practices that take into account the cultivation of rural educational sentiments.
