摘　　要：创新是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的第一动力。提升国家创新体系整体效能,必须从产生创新的拔尖创新人才培养入手。中华大地是创新的故乡,创造了文学、艺术、科技和教育等中华文化与世界文明。创新或创造性是统一的整体,其心智结构由创新动机、创新信息、创新过程、创新成果和创新主体个性品质等要素构成。创新是一个思维过程,需要是创新的动机,信息是创新的源泉。创造性思维是新颖、独特且有意义的智力因素,创造性人格是以非智力因素为核心的创新精神。社会关注的是创新成果中年期是个体创新的高峰期。专业领域知识经验的增加与创造力成倒U形曲线,高独立自主性的创造性思维有利于高创造力的发挥,高度投入的心理状态源于强烈的内在动机,坚持坚强、有毅力是创造性人才的意志特征,良好品德是创新活动的精神力量。创新是一种具体的特质,不同领域拔尖创新人才的心理特质具有差异性。探索拔尖创新人才成长规律,促进创新人才发展,应着眼差异、分类培养。Innovation is the first driving force in the building of a modern socialist country in all aspects.To improve the overall efficacy of the national innovation system,we need to start with the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.Being home to innovation,China created Chinese culture and world civilization in literature,art,technology,and education.Innovation or creativity is a unified whole,and its mental structure is composed of such factors as the motivation for innovation,the information on innovation,the process of innovation,innovative outcomes,and innovators'personality.Innovation is a process of thinking,needs are the motivation for innovation,and information is the source of innovation.Creative thinking is a novel,unique and meaningful intellectual factor,while creative personality is an innovative spirit focusing on non-intellectual factors.Society heeds the outcomes of innovation.Middle-aged people are on the peak of individual innovation.The accumulated knowledge,experience and creativity in the professional fields form an inverted Ushaped curve.Highly-independent and autonomous creative thinking helps to generate high creativity,a mental state of high engagement derives from strong internal motivation,fortitude and perseverance are the willpower for creative talents,and good moral character is the spiritual strength of innovative activities.Innovation is a specific feature,and there is a difference in the mental features of top-notch innovative talents from different fields.Therefore,to explore the law of the growth of top-notch innovative talents and promote their development,we need to cultivate innovative talents according to theirdifferences and classifications.
