摘 要:在当前职业教育背景下,通过实施“岗课赛证”融合实践教学模式,可以有效提升学生的职业技能与综合素质,加强实践教学环节与企业需求的衔接。然而,在“岗课赛证”融合实践教学模式中,标准化构建存在课程设置与实际岗位需求脱节、实践教学资源分散、利用率低以及赛证评价体系不完善等问题。因此,有必要进行标准化路径的研究,本文通过建立完善的岗位能力评价体系、优化课程设置并强化实践教学环节,同时健全赛证评价标准,推动证书认证体系与课程体系对接,旨在为提高职业教育的教学质量提供参考。In the current vocational education background,the implementation of“post class competition certificate”integrated practice teaching mode can effectively improve students'vocational skills and comprehensive quality,and strengthen the connection between practical teaching links and enterprise needs.However,in the integrated practice teaching mode of“post course competition certificate”,there are some problems in the standardization construction,such as the disconnection between the curriculum and the actual post needs,the dispersion and low utilization of practical teaching resources,and the imperfect evaluation system of competition certificate.Therefore,it is necessary to study the standardization path.This paper aims to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of vocational education by establishing a sound post ability evaluation system,optimizing the curriculum setting and strengthening practical teaching links,and improving the standards of certificate competition evaluation and promoting the docking of certificate certification system and curriculum system.
