摘 要:在我国高等教育规模扩张过程中,高职教育作出了应有的贡献。随着高等教育普及化的到来,高职教育的时代角色应从量的扩张者转变为质的承担者,亟须从“外扩式”的发展转变为“内涵式”变革,以应对高职教育体系自身、外部期望与内在构成的三重根本性转变,服务高质量发展的时代命题。高等教育普及化带来的从量到质的转变需要立足于我国高等教育内部分化逻辑、社会发展的需求变化逻辑与生源生态变化逻辑进行本土化分析,应基于以上三维逻辑进行人才培养定位、办学功能与办学内涵上的改革与革新。据此,高职教育亟须在人才培养定位上兼顾高层次与类型化;在教育功能上基于区域性构建专业灵活调整机制,进而实现科研功能延伸与社会服务创新;在办学内涵上基于教学灵活度与发展个性化作出改变。In the process of expanding the scale of higher education in China,higher vocational education has made its due contribution.With the advent of higher education popularization,the role of higher vocational education should shift from being an expander in terms of quantity to a bearer of quality,urgently transforming from"expansion-oriented"development to"intensive"development,serving the era's central theme of high-quality development.The transition from quantity to quality brought about by the popularization of higher education requires localized analysis based on the internal differentiation logic of higher education in China,changes in the demands of social development,and shifts in the ecology of student sources.It should be grounded in these three-dimensional logics for the reform and innovation of talent cultivation positioning,educational functions,and educational content.Therefore,higher vocational education urgently needs to balance high-level and typological talent cultivation positioning.It should establish a flexible major adjustment mechanism based on regionality in term of educational functions,subsequently extending its research functions and innovating its social service capabilities.Additionally,it should bring about changes based on teaching flxibility and the development of individualization in educational content.
