摘 要:普洱茶及其多酚成分可通过抑制脂肪细胞分化、调节脂质代谢及改善肠道菌群等降低脂质积累和预防肥胖发生。普洱生茶和普洱熟茶具有不同的多酚成分,通过不同作用机制调节脂质代谢。比较普洱生茶和普洱熟茶多酚的降脂减肥功效及其作用机制,旨在为进一步研究普洱茶降脂功效提供参考。Pu-erh tea and its polyphenol components can reduce lipid accumulation and prevent obesity by inhibiting adipocyte differentiation,regulating lipid metabolism and improving intestinal flora.Raw Pu-erh tea and ripened Pu-erh tea have different polyphenol components,which regulate lipid metabolism through different mechanisms of action.The lipidlowering and weight loss effects of raw Pu-erh tea and ripened Pu-erh tea were compared,as well as their mechanisms of action,in order to provide reference for future research on the lipid-lowering effect of Pu-erh tea.
