摘  要:建立了一种使用液质联用仪同时测定白酒中7种甜味剂(安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、甜菊苷)含量的分析方法。白酒样品经超纯水稀释处理后,通过多反应监测离子模式方式进行定量分析,使用外标法绘制7种甜味剂的标准曲线,线性范围宽,相关系数均大于0.9990,方法的定量限在0.13~11.43μg/L之间,在两个不同浓度水平加标,平均回收率95.28%~103.90%。结果表明该方法准确,灵敏度高,结果稳定可靠,可用于白酒中7种甜味剂的检测。A method for the simultaneous determination of seven sweeteners(acesulfame,saccharin sodium,sodium cyclamate,sucralose,aspartame,neotame,stevioside)in Baijiu by LC-MS.After the Baijiu samples were diluted with ultrapure water,the quantitative analysis was carried out by means of multi reaction monitoring ion mode.The external standard method was used to draw the standard curves of seven sweeteners.The linear range was wide,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9990,and the quantitative limit of the method was 0.13~11.43μg/L,adding standards at two different concentration levels resulted in an average recovery rate of 95.28%to 103.90%.The results showed that the method was accurate,sensitive,stable and reliable,and could be used to detect 7 sweeteners in Baijiu.
