摘　　要：为准确掌握交通运输业的用人要求,使高职院校人才培养与企业需求无缝对接,文章采用访谈法对交通运输类企业的负责人及带教师傅进行了调研。调研结果显示:交通运输行业需要的是“一专多能”的复合型人才———精操作、会服务、善沟通、懂技巧(语言)、能创新。这就要求高职院校教师应进一步提升学生的职业素养,重视学生专业能力、表达能力、抗压能力和应急能力等职业能力的培养,从而为交通强国建设输送更多高质量的人才。In order to accurately grasp the employment requirements of the transportation industry and seamlessly connect the talent cultivation of vocational colleges with the needs of enterprises,this article uses interview method to conduct research on the responsible persons and leading teachers of transportation enterprises.The research results show that the transportation industry needs versatile talents with"one specialty and multiple abilities"-proficient in operation,service,good communication skills,language proficiency,and innovation.This requires vocational college teachers to further enhance students'professional qualities,attach importance to the cultivation of students'professional abilities,expression abilities,stress resistance abilities,and emergency response abilities,so as to provide more high-quality talents for the construction of a strong transportation country.
