摘　　要：培养高质量技术人才是高校的生命线,发展新质生产力对高校高质量技术人才培育提出了时代新要求。CDIO模式是一种全程跟进和体系化培养模式,较传统的教学模式更为注重理论与实践的紧密结合,高职院校应合理利用CDIO教育模式,分析现阶段高校实训实践教学过程中存在的问题,结合学生及实训教职人员现状,从构思、设计、实施及运行四个环节着手提出实训育人可行性策略,充分发挥企业与高校、教师与学生的主观能动性,从而培育高素质应用型人才。Cultivating high-quality technical talents is the lifeline of universities,and the development of new quality productivity has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of high-quality technical talents in universities.The CDIO model is a comprehensive and systematic training model that emphasizes the close integration of theory and practice compared to traditional teaching models.Vocational colleges should make reasonable use of the CDIO education model,analyze the problems existing in the current practical teaching process of universities,and propose feasible strategies for practical training and education from the four aspects of conception,design,implementation,and operation,based on the current situation of students and practical teaching staff.This will fully tap into the subjective initiative of enterprises and universities,teachers and students,and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
