摘　　要：在我国经济持续发展和产业结构转型升级的背景下,高等职业教育在培养高素质技能型人才方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章从高职院校就业创业工作研究的意义出发,对高职院校学生就业创业工作问题成因进行分析,并提出课程与市场需求对接、提高就业创业工作重视程度、提升学生综合素质和职业技能、促进政策支持和社会服务等改进策略,以期为高职院校学生就业创业工作提供参考。Against the backdrop of sustained economic development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in China,higher vocational education plays an increasingly important role in cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Starting from the significance of researching employment and entrepreneurship work in vocational colleges,this article analyzes the causes of problems in employment and entrepreneurship work for vocational college students,and proposes improvement strategies such as aligning courses with market demand,increasing the importance of employment and entrepreneurship work,enhancing students'comprehensive quality and vocational skills,promoting policy support and social services,in order to provide reference for employment and entrepreneurship work for vocational college students.
