理工科研究生辅导员“专业化”路径探析

摘　　要：研究生辅导员的“专业化”关乎高等教育改革、学校整体进步和辅导员个人职业发展,对推动思政教育高质量发展具有重要意义。辅导员“专业化”应从内容层面上的专业知识,专业能力与专业伦理和特点层面上的长期性、动态性以及学生本位等出发,制定明晰的辅导员任用标准,建立严格的辅导员选聘机制,加强辅导员的专业培训和教育,健全辅导员的发展和晋升制度,完善辅导员考核体系。The professionalization of graduate counselors is related to higher education reform,overall progress of schools,and personal career development of counselors,and is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political education.The professionalization of counselors should start from the long-term,dynamic,and student-centered aspects of professional knowledge,professional abilities,professional ethics,and characteristics at the content level.Clear standards for the appointment of counselors should be formulated,strict selection and appointment mechanisms should be established,professional training and education for counselors should be strengthened,the development and promotion system for counselors should be improved,and the counselor assessment system should be perfected.
