摘　　要：本文通过概述传统饮食文化的定义与特点、历史发展脉络及其在地方文化中的重要地位,分析传统饮食文化面临的挑战,并提出传统饮食文化的保护策略,旨在确保传统饮食文化的延续和发展。This paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of traditional food culture,its historical development context and its important position in local culture,analyzes the challenges faced by traditional food culture,and puts forward the protection strategy of traditional food culture,aiming at ensuring the continuation and development of traditional food culture.
