摘　　要：《管理学基础》课程是高职院校财务管理、物流管理及市场营销等专业的专业核心课程。随着社会的不断发展,与之相关的教学内容、教学形式也需要不断更新,与时俱进。思政教育走进课堂,思政元素融入课程教学是教学理论改革的新创举,也是新时代提升高职教育质量、培养高素质人才的核心环节。从高职院校《管理学基础》课程教学内容常见问题出发,多角度分析问题产生的原因,进一步探寻思政元素融入《管理学基础》课程的必要性,并根据课程章节的核心内容提出《管理学基础》课程中思想政治元素的融入构想。The course"Basic Management Science"is the core basic course for financial management,logistics management and marketing in higher vocational colleges.With the continuous development of society,the relevant teaching contents and teaching forms also need to be constantly updated and keep pace with the times.Ideological and political education has entered the classroom and the integration of ideological and political elements into curriculum teaching is a new innovation in the reform of teaching theory,and it is also the core link for improving the quality of higher vocational education and cultivating highquality talents in the new era.It is an important direction of the current course reform that according to the common problems in the teaching content of the"Basic Management"course in higher vocational colleges,analyze the causes of the problems from multiple angles,further explore the necessity of integrating ideological and political elements into the"Basic Management"course,and put forward the idea of ideological and political elements integrate into the course of"Basic Management"based on the core content of the course chapters.
