摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定不同类型植物油中乌发醇、菜油甾醇、岩藻甾醇、菜籽甾醇、豆甾醇、麦角甾醇、环阿屯醇、β-谷甾醇、角鲨烯的方法,同时采用GB 5009.82-2016《食品中维生素A、D、E的测定》中的第一法(荧光检测器)对植物油中的维生素E进行了测定。结果表明:9种微量营养成分线性良好,检出限范围为0.3~4.0 mg/kg,定量限范围为1~12 mg/kg;加标回收率为69.3%~117.2%,RSD范围为0.71%~6.83%。7种不同类型植物油中均含有β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、乌发醇、角鲨烯、α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚,其含量各有不同。通过对不同种类植物油中植物甾醇、角鲨烯、维生素E的测定和分析,深入挖掘不同种类植物油中各自的特征成分和含量差异,提升其品牌影响力。An HPLC method was developed to quantify uvaol,campesterol,fucosterol,rapeseed sterol,stigmasterol,ergosterol,cycloartenol,β-sitosterol,and squalene in various plant oils.The method described in GB 5009.82-2016"Determination of Vitamins A,D,E in Foods"(method I with fluorescence detector)was employed for the determination of vitamin E in plant oils.The results indicated that all nine trace nutrients exhibited good linearity,with limits of detection ranging from 0.3 to 4.0 mg/kg and limits of quantification ranging from 1 to 12 mg/kg;spike recovery rates ranged from 69.3%to 117.2%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)between 0.71%and 6.83%.β-sitosterol,campesterol,uvaol,squalene,α-tocopherol,β-tocopherol,γ-tocopherol,andδ-tocopherol were found in all seven different tested plant oils,each with various concentrations.By determining and analyzing phytosterols,squalene,and vitamin E in various types of plant oils,the distinctive components and content differences of each type of plant oil were explored,enhancing their brand influence.
