摘  要:新时代教育提出的规模化与个性化,培养要求教学评价环节中的班主任评语必须针对学生的个性特点,从学习差异、个性特点、家庭环境等三个方面进行综合分析,并以之为导向,运用“因材施评”的方式,有情有境地做出个性化评语。以学生个性化差异为导向的班主任评语对学生处理生活世界与知识世界的关系、实现个人的终身发展与生命价值、进行平等对话与情感升华等方面有重要的教育意义。The new era of education emphasizes scalability and personalization.The evaluation of teaching by the teacher in charge must be tailored to the individual characteristics of students,involving a comprehensive analysis from three perspectives:learning differences,personality traits,and family environment.Utilizing a"material evaluation"approach,the teacher can provide personalized feedback that resonates with the students situations.Class teacher comments that are tailored to students unique differences hold significant educational value.They assist students in navigating the relationship between their life world and the knowledge world,realizing personal lifelong development and life value,and facilitating equal dialogue and emotional elevation.
