摘 要:基于中国家庭追踪调查数据,使用明瑟收入方程,采用工具变量法解决内生性问题后,研究农村地区职业教育和普通教育的教育回报率差异及其异质性,研究发现:农村地区普通教育回报率高于职业教育回报率,分别为10.8%和8.4%;2018年两种类型教育的回报率明显低于2010年,且职业教育回报率下降幅度更大;我国教育回报率存在明显地区性差异和城乡差异,并且非货币收益的教育回报率存在差异。基于此,应制定更加有利于缩小城乡差距和注重普职教育协调发展的教育政策。Based on the data of the Chinese Household Tracking Survey,using the Minser income equation and using the instrumental variable method to solve the endogenous problem,the difference and heterogeneity of the return rate of education in vocational education and general education in rural areas were studied.It was found that the return rate of general education in rural areas was higher than that of vocational education,which was 10.8%and 8.4%respectively;The rate of return of both types of education in 2018 was significantly lower than that in 2010,and the rate of return of vocational education fell even more;There are obvious regional differences and urban-rural differences in the rate of return on education in China,and there are differences in the rate of return on education in non-monetary income.Based on this,education policies that are more conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and pay attention to the coordinated development of general vocational education should be formulated.
