摘 要:高等职业教育肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命。为更好地契合旅游业快速发展的需求,高职旅游管理专业亟需构建一套完善的美育体系,以培育具备高度审美意识、道德品质和创新能力的高素质旅游人才。通过整合旅游管理专业知识与美育理念,高职旅游管理专业应构建以感性教育为基础、人格教育为核心、创造教育为动力的综合美育模式。该模式的构建有利于提高旅游管理专业学生的审美素养,增强其核心竞争力,促进旅游业高质量发展。Higher vocational education bears the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.In order to better meet the rapid development needs of the tourism industry,vocational Tourism Management majors urgently need to build a comprehensive aesthetic education system to cultivate high-quality tourism talents with high aesthetic,moral,and innovative abilities.By integrating tourism professional knowledge with aesthetic education concepts,a comprehensive aesthetic education model is proposed,which is grounded in perceptual education,centered on personality education,and driven by creative education.The construction of this model is conducive to improving the aesthetic literacy of Tourism Management students,enhancing their core competitiveness,and promoting high-quality development of the tourism industry.
