摘  要:教育家精神蕴涵着深刻的职业教育意蕴,具有涵养高职教师“以技报国,跨界融通”的专业信念、提升高职教师“艺术兼备,匠心治学”的专业知能、涵养高职教师“能强德高,训爱相融”的专业服务精神、增强高职教师“教术内省,产学相长”的自我专业发展意识等价值。然而,由于其存在专业发展定位“局限”、动力“消减”、互动“低效”和认同“失调”等风险,教育家精神融入高职教师专业发展面临着现实挑战。应当依托教育家精神的信仰之魂夯实高职教师的专业发展追求、才智之魂培育其专业发展素养、事功之魂雕琢其专业服务品质、凝心之魂释放其自我发展潜能,从而提升高职教师专业发展质量。The unique spirit of Chinese educators contains profound implications for vocational education,possessing the value of nurturing professional beliefs,professional knowledge and skills,professional service spirit,and self-professional development awareness among higher vocational college teachers.However,due to risks such as limited professional development orientation,diminished motivation,inefficient interaction,and identity dysregulation,integrating the unique spirit of Chinese educators into the professional development of higher vocational college teachers faces practical challenges.We should rely on the soul of belief in the unique spirit of Chinese educators to consolidate the pursuit of professional development for higher vocational college teachers,the soul of intelligence to cultivate their professional development literacy,the soul of achievement to refine their professional service quality,and the soul of cohesion to unleash their self-development potential,thereby enhancing the quality of professional development for higher vocational college teachers.
