摘　　要：本文从县(市、区)级教育部门视角,探究第三方机构在行业监管中发挥的作用,并从培训体系、食品安全管理体系、现场巡查机制、食品安全风险评估等4个方面提出相关对策,以期为完善中小学食品安全管理工作提供参考。This article explores the role of third-party institutions in industry regulation from the perspective of county(city,district)education departments,and proposes application strategies from four aspects:training system,food safety management system,on-site inspection mechanism,and food safety risk assessment,in order to provide reference for food safety management in primary and secondary schools.
