摘 要:现如今,人们对健康饮食的追求不仅体现在选择高质量食材上,更在于确保食品的安全性,防止有害物质对人体造成潜在危害。然而,现实情况是我国在农产品的绿色化生产方面仍存在明显短板,如部分农产品中农药残留超标的现象时有发生,严重威胁着公众健康和环境安全。因此,做好农产品农药残留检测工作至关重要。鉴于此,本文概述农产品农药残留的危害,深入研究食品安全检测技术在农产品农药残留检测中的应用,以期为相关工作者提供参考。Nowadays,people's pursuit of a healthy diet is not only reflected in the selection of high-quality food materials,but also to ensure the safety of food and prevent harmful substances from causing potential harm to the human body.However,the reality is that there are obvious shortcomings in the greening of agricultural products in China,such as the occurrence of excessive pesticide residues occur in some agricultural products,which seriously threaten public health and environmental safety.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products.In view of this,this paper summarized the harm of pesticide residue in agricultural products,and deeply studied the application of food safety detection technology in pesticide residue detection of agricultural products,in order to provide reference for relevant workers.
