摘　　要：目的:调查浙江省衢州市衢江区一起误食杀鼠剂引起的食物中毒事件,分析事件发生的特点及原因,为防范类似中毒事件提供参考。方法:对食物中毒事件开展流行病学调查,研究可疑食物的来源与接触情况、病例临床表现以及实验室结果等。结果:衢江区食物中毒事件涉及病例共5例,潜伏期为10~60 min,临床表现主要为手脚麻木、头晕、上腹部不适、恶心、呕吐、心悸等。病例均进食掺入杀鼠剂的猪肺,经高效液相色谱质谱法检测,5例病例血样中溴敌隆含量为1.4~7.5 ng·mL^(-1),溴鼠灵含量为0.5~1.6 ng·mL^(-1)。结论:该起食物中毒事件是由误食掺入杀鼠剂的猪肺引起,建议建立严密的杀鼠剂管理、使用及监督制度,同时加强对畜牧业养殖从业人员、食品生产加工人员和社会公众的宣传教育,减少类似事件发生。Objective:Investigate the food poisoning incident caused by accidental ingestion of rodenticides in Qujiang district,Quzhou city,Zhejiang province,analyze the characteristics and causes of the incident,and provide reference for preventing similar poisoning incidents.Method:Conduct an epidemiological investigation into this incident,studying the source and exposure of suspicious food,clinical manifestations of the case,and laboratory results.Result:The incident in Qujiang district involved a total of 5 cases,with a latent period of 10 to 60 minutes.The clinical manifestations were mainly numbness in hands and feet,dizziness,upper abdominal discomfort,nausea,vomiting,palpitations,etc.All cases were fed with pig lungs mixed with rodenticides.High performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was used to detect the content of bromadiolone in the blood samples of 5 cases,which was 1.4 ng·mL^(-1) to 7.5 ng·mL^(-1),and bromomyrifos was 0.5 ng·mL^(-1) to 1.6 ng·mL^(-1).Conclusion:This food poisoning was caused by accidental ingestion of pig lungs mixed with rodenticides.It is recommended to establish a strict management,use,and supervision system for rodenticides,and strengthen publicity and education for livestock and breeding personnel,food production and processing personnel,and the public to reduce similar incidents.
