摘  要:2019年教育部发布《关于加强新时代教育科学研究工作的意见》,表明教育科学研究是加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国的重要根基。小课题研究具有“小、实、活、情”4个特点,以其为载体促进教师终身学习和专业发展,是推动教育高质量发展的关键。培养教师的阅读力、思考力、行动力和表达力是中小学教师小课题研究的有效路径。In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued opinions on strengthening educational scientific research in the new era,indicating that educational scientific research is an important foundation for accelerating the modernization of education and building an education power.Small subject research has four characteristics of“small,practical,active and emotional”.Taking it as a carrier to promote teachers’lifelong learning and professional development is the key to promote the high-quality development of education.And training the reading,thinking,active and expressive ability is an effective way for primary and secondary school teachers to do small subject research.
