摘  要:教师是教育工作的中坚力量,教师的角色定位影响着教育的发展方向。在新时代背景下,需要重新审视社会对教师的角色期待,厘清教师角色的时代定位,推动教育高质量发展。采用扎根理论对我国2011—2021年间所评选的“最美教师”人物事迹文本进行三级编码分析,发现社会对教师角色具有多重层次期待:具备扎实的专业素养和高尚的职业道德是社会对教师角色的基本要求与核心定位,成为中华文化传承者是社会对教师角色的时代定位。然而,多重角色扮演往往带来角色冲突,做好角色冲突平衡者是社会对教师的隐性期许。研究认为,社会对教师的角色期待源于社会对文化资本的期待和追求,未来应进一步明确教师角色定位,增强角色认知,缓解角色冲突,帮助教师群体形成符合社会期待的角色素养,更好发挥教师在教育中的关键作用。Teachers are the backbone of education work,and the role positioning of teachers affects the development direction of education.In the context of the new era,it is necessary to re-examine the society’s expectations for the role of teachers,clarify the positioning of the role of teachers,and promote the high-quality development of education.This study uses the grounded theory to conduct a three-level coding analysis of the story text of“the most beautiful teacher”selected in China from 2011 to 2021,and found that society has multiple levels of expectations for the role of teachers:having solid professional quality and noble professional ethics are the basic requirements and core of society for the role of teachers.Becoming the inheritor of Chinese culture is the society’s positioning of the role of teachers in the times.However,multiple role-playing often leads to role conflicts,and it is a hidden expectation of society for teachers to balance role conflicts.According to the study,society’s expectations for the role of teachers stem from society’s expectations and pursuit of cultural capital.In the future,more attention should be paid to further clarify the role positioning of teachers,enhance role cognition,alleviate role conflicts,help teachers form role literacy in line with social expectations,and better play the key role of teachers in education.
