摘 要:针对越野车辆采用传统线性悬架越野行驶时平顺性差的问题,文章提出了一种基于双菱形仿袋鼠腿悬架(下称仿生悬架)的车辆平顺性改善方案,研究了仿生悬架布置方案、弹簧刚度比、车身偏频比对整车平顺性的影响。研究发现:1)仿生悬架具有明显的非线性刚度特性,随着弹簧刚度比的增大,其非线性刚度特性增强。2)相较于其他布置方案,前后轴均采用仿生悬架的整车平顺性最优。3)路面较差时,仿生悬架刚度比越大,整车平顺性越好;随着前后轴仿生悬架静挠度比的减小,车身垂向振动与俯仰振动均降低。上述结果表明,采用非线性仿生悬架的越野车辆表现出良好的平顺性,验证了所提仿生悬架研究思路的正确性与有效性。Aiming at the problem of poor ride comfort of off-road vehicles with traditional linear suspension,this paper proposes an off-road vehicle ride comfort improvement scheme based on double diamond bionic kangaroo leg suspension(hereinafter referred to as bionic suspension),and studies the influence of bionic suspension arrangement scheme,spring stiffness ratio and body offset frequency ratio on vehicle ride comfort.The results show that:1)The bionic suspension has obvious nonlinear stiffness characteristics,and the characteristics are enhanced with the increase of the spring stiffness ratio.2)Compared with other arrangement schemes,the scheme using bionic suspension on both front and rear axles has the best ride comfort.3)When the road surface is poor,the higher the bionic suspension stiffness ratio,the better the vehicle ride;with the reduction of the static deflection ratio of the bionic suspension of the front and rear axle,the vertical vibration and pitch vibration of the body are reduced.The above results show that the off-road vehicle with nonlinear bionic suspension shows good ride comfort,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed bionic suspension research idea.
