摘 要:课程改革是职业教育实现高质量发展的关键着力点。近年来,元宇宙新业态和数字技术的高速发展给职业教育创新发展带来了新的思路,虚拟数字人技术在课程改革的应用是职业教育数字化转型的重要实践,有助于提升教师团队的数字化素养,重塑教学新样态,解决职业教育实训课程和校企合作过程中的“短板”难题,实现职业教育课程改革数字化转型与创新教育的双向赋能,促进产教融合走深走实。目前该技术在职业院校的应用实践中存在着技术资源的调配缺乏统一的规划、教学资源配套建设滞后等问题,需要职业院校以重塑教学新样态丰富教学呈现方式,提升实训教学质量;坚持“1+N+M”多情境应用,拓宽实训教学内容开发的空间;培养学生的发散思维,提升创新能力。展望未来,建议继续加大重视力度,统筹规划,从技术规划、教师激励、资源配套建设等方面推动虚拟数字人技术赋能课程改革的进程。Curriculum reform represents a pivotal focus for the achievement of high-quality development in vocational education.In recent years,the rapid development of the new industry and digital technology of the metaverse has brought new ideas to the innovative development of vocational education,and the application of virtual digital human technology in curriculum reform serves as a crucial practice for the digital transformation of vocational education,which helps to the enhancement of the digital literacy of the teacher team,reshapes the new teaching paradigms,and solve the“short board”problem in the process of vocational education practical training courses and school-enterprise cooperation.Currently,the application of this technology in vocational colleges and universities faces issues such as the lack of unified planning in the allocation of technological resources and the lag in the construction of supporting educational resources,etc..It is necessary for vocational colleges and universities to reshape the new teaching paradigms,to enrich the way of presenting teaching and improve the quality of practical training teaching;to adhere to the application of the“1+N+M”multiple contexts to broaden the development of practical training teaching content;to cultivate students’divergent thinking and enhance innovative ability.Looking ahead,it is recommended that greater attention continue to be paid to coordinated planning to promote the process of virtual digital human technology-enabled curriculum reform in terms of technological planning,teacher incentives,and the construction of supporting resources.
