摘　　要：Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS),also known as Lou Geh rig's disease,is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that affects motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord.This leads to muscle weakness,paralysis,and ultimately,respiratory failure(Cha and Kim,2022).
