摘　　要：高职院校是我国培养高技能人才的重要基地,其创新创业教育显得尤为关键。双创社团作为双创教育体系重要的一环和开展“第二课堂”双创实践重要载体,在培养学生双创能力、促进高职院校双创教育改革、加快科技成果转化等方面具有特殊的价值和使命。通过调研,分析了高职院校双创社团建设的困境与挑战。根据深化现代职业教育体系建设改革和双创教育改革的新背景新要求,基于系统论观点,提出了加强整体规划、开发与整合资源、优化制度机制、强化双创师资建设与管理和丰富“双创”活动等优化策略,旨在推动高职院校双创社团高质量可持续发展。Higher vocational colleges are important bases for cultivating high-skilled talents in China,and their innovation and entrepreneurship education is particularly critical.As an important part of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system and an important carrier for carrying out the“second classroom”of innovation and entrepreneurship practice,the innovation and entrepreneurship association has special value and mission in cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,promoting the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Through investigation,the difficulties and challenges in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship association in higher vocational colleges are analyzed.According to the new background and new requirements of deepening the reform of modern vocational education system construction and the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and based on the viewpoint of system theory,some optimization strategies are put forward,such as strengthening the overall planning,developing and integrating resources,optimizing the system and mechanism,strengthening the construction and management of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,and enriching the activities of innovation and entrepreneurship,which promotes the high-quality and sustainable development of the innovation and entrepreneurship association in higher vocational colleges.
