摘　　要：劳动教育作为一种将理论与实践相结合的教学方式,是深化本科生教育改革、提升大学生培养质量的重要途径。为培养德智体美劳全面发展的应用型人才,以园艺专业为例,从帮助学生树立正确的劳动意识、促使学生端正劳动态度、培养学生的创新精神和创业能力、培育学生精益求精的工匠精神和“三农”情怀等方面阐述了园艺专业开展劳动教育的必要性,分析了现阶段劳动教育存在的问题,并提出了对策。Labor education,as a teaching method that combines theory with practice,is an important way to deepen the reform of undergraduate education and improve the quality of college student training.In order to cultivate applied talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics,and labor education,taking horticulture as an example,this paper elaborated on the necessity of carrying out labor education in horticulture from the aspects of helping students establish correct labor consciousness,promoting students to correct labor attitude,cultivating students'innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit and"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"sentiment,etc.,analyzed the problems existing in labor education at the current stage,and put forward countermeasures.
