摘 要:“新医科”视域下,强调医学教育中,应将大健康作为目标,通过先进的教学理念及方法,培养出岗位胜任力强的一线医学人才。开展医学形态学教学活动时,教师应立足“新医科”育人要求,注重学生岗位胜任力培养,融合现代信息技术手段,遵循教师主导,学生主体原则,不断更新自身教学模式,形成全新的育人路径,培养符合时代需求的医学形态学人才。基于此,文章对医学岗位胜任力相关内容进行分析,阐述医学形态学教学情况,从学生自主学习能力、信息管理能力、人文素质、科研能力等方面入手,探讨“新医科”视域下培养岗位胜任力为目标的医学形态学育人路径,并提出几点保障措施。以期不断提升医学人才岗位胜任力,为医学形态学教学活动开展提供参考。From the perspective of“new medical sciences”,it is emphasized that in medical education,big health should be taken as the goal,and advanced teaching concepts and methods should be used to cultivate frontline medical talents with strong job competence.When conducting medical morphology teaching activities,teachers should be based on the requirements of“new medical sciences”perspective education,focus on cultivating students'job competence,integrate modern information technology methods,follow the principle of teacher-led and student-centered,constantly update their teaching models,form a new educational path,and cultivate medical morphology talents that meet the needs of the times.Based on this,this article analyzes the relevant content of medical job competency and elaborates on the teaching situation of medical morphology.Starting from students'self-learning ability,information management ability,humanistic quality,scientific research ability,etc.,it explores the educational path of medical morphology with the goal of cultivating job competency from the perspective of“new medical sciences”,and proposes several safeguard measures,so as to continuously enhance the competence of medical talents and provide reference for the development of medical morphology teaching activities.
