摘　　要：近10年来,我国食品安全风险交流体系建设不断地优化和提升。国家层面,风险交流制度相对完善,交流框架体系初步建成,交流工作有序推进,风险交流处于“稳定向好的发展局面”;地市级层面,风险交流处在初步探索阶段,制度建设有待深入,风险分析框架体系存在短板。本文阐述了国家风险交流制度建设、组织架构建设以及交流工作开展情况的现状,分析了其面临的挑战;深入探讨了地级市风险交流存在的主要问题,提出了地级市风险交流体系建设的优化思路,推动食品安全治理“社会共治”理念的落实,助力“食安城市”建设。In the past decade,the construction of food safety risk communication system has been continuously optimized and improved in China.At the national level,the institutional improvement of food safety risk communication system is relatively complete,the risk communication framework system has been initially build,and the risk communication works are carried out in an orderly manner.The risk communication has been in stable and favorable development trend.For prefecture-level cities,the risk communication is in the preliminary exploration stage,the system construction needs to be optimized,and there are many shortcomings during the framework system of risk analysis.This paper elaborated on the construction of the national food safety risk communication system,its organizational structure,the current situation of the risk communication work,and analyzed it's challenges at resent,deeply discussed the primary shortcomings in risk communication of prefecture-level cities,and proposed the optimization idea of risk communication system construction in prefecture-level city,so as to promote the“social governance”implementation in food safety,and expedited to the development of“food safety cities”.
