摘 要:基于劳动课程的实践属性、人类心理发展和社会发展的基本逻辑,学校应坚持“体力劳动为主的劳动教育”这一论断,存在将实践等同于体力劳动、片面地用心理学的逻辑来确证劳动教育内容、将劳动的价值等同于体力劳动的价值等误区。劳动教育应当是全方位的。全方位劳动教育在目标的确定和内容的选择上应考虑个体与社会发展功能的统一,在实施过程上应坚持专门性劳动教育和渗透性劳动教育的有机结合,其实施主体应是全体教育工作者。基于此,开展全方位劳动教育要在目标上坚持劳动知识、劳动技能和劳动价值观的统一,在内容上以个体成人和社会生产力发展为价值导向进行科学选择,在途径上注重学科课堂教学、校外课外活动、生产劳动的结合互补。Based on the practical attributes of labor courses and the basic logic of human psychological development and social development,schools should adhere to the thesis of“labor education based on manual labor”,and there are misunderstandings such as equating practice with manual labor,one-sidedly using the logic of psychology to confirm the content of labor education,and equating the value of labor with the value of manual labor.Labor education should be all-encompassing.In the determination of goals and the selection of contents,the unity of individual and social development functions should be considered in the determination of all-round labor education,and the organic combination of specialized labor education and permeable labor education should be adhered to in the implementation process,and the main body of its implementation should be all educators.Based on this,to carry out all-round labor education,it is necessary to adhere to the unity of labor knowledge,labor skills and labor values in terms of goals,make scientific choices based on the value orientation of individual adults and the development of social productive forces in terms of content,and pay attention to the combination and complementarity of subject classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and production and labor in the way.
