摘  要:根据中高温大曲传统酯化力分析方法及半自动凯氏定氮仪的蒸馏功能,使用半自动凯氏定氮仪进行蒸馏,分别对大曲酯化力分析中不同洗脱液体积、馏出液接取体积条件进行优化研究,并开展了精密度试验、不同方法对比试验,最终确定了30%乙醇洗脱液添加量为50 mL、馏出液接取量为50 m L的曲药酯化力分析快速蒸馏法。运用该方法及传统方法对三个不同批次中高温大曲酯化力进行检测,新方法测得的结果分别为650 mg/25 g绝干曲·7 d·35℃、627 mg/25 g绝干曲·7 d·35℃、679 mg/25 g绝干曲·7 d·35℃,公司自产曲酯化力整体较为稳定,无明显波动;不同方法所测结果绝对差值相差不大,新方法适用于曲药酯化力分析。Based on the traditional analysis method of esterifying power of medium/high-temperature Daqu,the distillation function of the semi-automatic Kjeldahl apparatus was adopted,and the eluent volume,distillate volume and other conditions were optimized.Precision tests and comparative tests of different methods were carried out.Finally,the fast distillation method for esterifying power analysis was determined as follows:the eluent was 30%ethanol,the eluent volume was 50 mL,and the distillate volume was 50 mL.The newly-established method and the traditional method were used to detect the esterifying power of three batches of medium/hightemperature Daqu,and the results of the new method was 650 mg/25 g·7 d·35℃,627 mg/25 g·7 d·35℃,and 679 mg/25 g·7 d·35℃,respectively.The esterifying power of the tested Daqu was relatively stable.The absolute difference between the two methods was not large,and the new method was suitable for the analysis of esterifying power of medium/high-temperature Daqu.
