酱香型白酒高温曲中重金属元素检测方法的研究

摘  要:采用微波消解和ICP-MS技术对酱香高温曲中重金属元素的检测方法进行分析研究。结果表明,硝酸、过氧化氢及盐酸按比例混合的试剂对曲样的微波消解充分且高效,方法线性关系良好(r^(2)≥0.9997),相对标准偏差不超过4.8%,回收率在87.1%~115.0%之间。此方法定量准确,各重金属元素检出限均满足日常安全监控的分析要求,可为酱香高温曲重金属元素含量的检测提供可靠的分析方法。In this study,microwave digestion and ICP-MS were used to determine the heavy metals in high-temperature Jiangxiang Daqu.The results showed that the microwave digestion of Daqu by the mixture of nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid was sufficient and efficient.The linear relationship of the method was good(r^(2)≥0.9997),the relative standard deviation was less than 4.8%,and the recoveries was between 87.1%and 115.0%.The method is accurate,and the detection limits of the heavy metals meet the requirements of daily safety monitoring.This study has provided a reliable method for the determination of heavy metals in high-temperature Jiangxiang Daqu.
