基于文献计量分析我国鱼源抗氧化肽研究进展

摘　　要：为深入了解我国鱼源抗氧化肽的研究进展及趋势,以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为文献来源,检索2006年~2023年与鱼源抗氧化肽有关的文献,利用数据库自带的可视化分析功能,并结合Excel可视化软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果表明:国内近20年鱼源抗氧化肽文献年发文量总体呈现上升的趋势。研究机构主要分布在浙江、福建等地,以高校为研究主力。我国鱼源抗氧化肽研究的高频关键词为抗氧化肽、抗氧化活性、肽组分、稳定性研究、酶解物。通过文献综合分析,为我国科研人员从事鱼源抗氧化肽相关研究和预测行业未来发展趋势提供参考和帮助。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the research progress and trends of antioxidant peptides from fish in China,the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database was used as a literature source to search for literature related to fish derived antioxidant peptides from 2006 to 2023.The database's built-in visualization analysis function was utilized,and the literature was visualized and analyzed using Excel visualization software.The results show that the annual publication volume of fish derived antioxidant peptides literature in China has shown an overall upward trend in the past 20 years.Research institutions were mainly located in Zhejiang,Fujian and other regions,with universities being the main focus of research.The high-frequency keywords for research on fish derived antioxidant peptides in China include antioxidant peptides,antioxidant activity,peptide components,stability studies,enzymatic hydrolysates.Through comprehensive literature analysis,provide reference and assistance for Chinese researchers to engage in research related to fish derived antioxidant peptides and predict the future development trends of the industry.
