摘　　要：在加快建设高质量教育体系的背景下,本文基于对工科有机化学教学现状的分析,通过课程思政引领、精炼教学内容、革新教学方法、多样化考核形式等多种教学改革措施实施,以凸显工科培养特色,提高学生学习兴趣,实现培养学生实践能力和创新意识的教学目的。Based on the systematic analysis of current situation of engineering organic chemistry teaching,four aspects of teaching reform measures,such as reforming curriculum ideology and politics,refining teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and diversifying assessment forms,were implemented to meet the goal of highlighting the characteristics of engineering teaching,enhancing students'learning interest,and comprehensively cultivating students'practical ability and innovative consciousness under the background of high-quality education system construction.
