摘 要:劳动教育不连续、不平衡的历史发展需要进行系谱学分析。基于历史生成分析,从初民社会开始,劳动教育从与游戏教育、仪式教育混合,到附属于闲暇教育,再到成为现代教育的主导,经历了迭代、多元发展。从结构功能看,劳动与劳动教育的关系体现在以下几方面:出于劳动的教育,即以劳动为根据的教育;通过劳动的教育,即以劳动为手段的教育;为了劳动的教育,即以劳动为目的的教育。劳动教育的历史逻辑揭示了不同历史阶段劳动教育的形态、内容、性质、方法和目的,其学理逻辑展现劳动教育的核心要义,显现出复杂的关系和矛盾。当代劳动教育必须实事求是,尊重现实的多样化发展和需求,处理好其与生态教育、交往教育、游戏教育、理论教育等的关系,不能将劳动教育简化为开荒种地、家务手工、公益志愿等活动,而是建立综合劳动教育体系,提升劳动教育的科学化水平,进行劳动教育的知识、技术、理论和艺术创新。The discontinuous and unbalanced historical development of labor education requires genealogical analysis.Based on historical generative analysis,from the beginning of the primitive society,labor education has gone through iterative and diversified development from being mixed with game education and ritual education,to being attached to leisure education,and then becoming the dominant force of modern education.From the perspective of structure function,the relationship between labor and labor education is reflected in the following aspects:of labor,that is,education based on labor;by labor,that is,education through labor as a means;for labor,that is,education for the purpose of labor.The historical logic of labor education reveals the form,content,nature,methods,and objectives of labor education at different historical stages.Its academic logic showcases the core essence of labor education,revealing its complex relationships and contradictions.Contemporary labor education must seek truth from facts,respect the diverse development and needs of reality,and handle the relationship with ecological education,communicational education,game education,theoretical education,etc.It cannot be simplified as activities such as land reclamation,household chores,and public welfare volunteering.Instead,a comprehensive labor education system should be established to enhance the scientific level of labor education and provide knowledge,technology,theory,and artistic innovation.
