摘 要:以往复压缩机为代表的过程流体机械是石油、化工等流程工业中的高能耗装备,但一直以来过程流体机械课程教学存在明显的科教分离问题。该课程教学团队围绕过程流体机械节能降碳新技术,改进数字教材,完善教学内容,开展基于案例的课堂教学;研制往复机械多功能教学实验装置,强化实验与实践教学,提升学生的动手能力和创新意识;鼓励本科生积极参与科研和相关竞赛。教学改革取得了一定的成效,课堂满意度和学生成绩有所提升。Process fluid machinery,represented by reciprocating compressors,is a high-energy consumption equipment in process industries such as petroleum and chemical industry.There is a clear problem of separation between science and education in the teaching of process fluid machinery course.Based on the new energy conservation and carbon reduction technologies of process fluid machinery,digital textbooks and teaching content were improved.Case teaching was carried out.At the same time,a multifunctional teaching experimental device for reciprocating machinery was developed to strengthen experimental and practical teaching and enhance students hands-on abilities and innovative consciousness.Undergraduate students were encouraged to actively participate in academic research and competitions.Good reform effects have been achieved.
