摘  要:立足学校理工交叉学科特色,化学工程专业以OBE理念为指导,融合产学研用多要素,对专业学位研究生的核心课程体系进行重构;基于ARCS动机模型,创新研究生课程教学模式;协同专业、课程和教材思政,构建一体化育人机制;依托工程实践基地建设,强化理论与工程实践的结合。基于以上举措构建的“四维一体”育人模式将研究生的知识学习、能力培养、意识强化、专业素养提升紧密融合,在培养高质量应用型人才方面取得了显著成效。Focused on the characteristics of crossed disciplines of science and engineering in our university,the re-construction of the core curriculum system for chemical engineering professional degree graduates was guided by the OBE concept,integrating multiple elements of industry,academia,research and usability.The ARCS motivation model was applied to innovate the teaching mode of graduates'courses.Furthermore,the ideological and political education of the majors,courses,and textbooks were collaborated to construct integrated education mechanism.By relying on the establishment of practice bases,theory and engineering practice were closely combined.Based on the above measures,a four-dimensional integrated education model was built up,in which the knowledge learning,ability cultivation,consciousness strengthening,and professional competence were integrated.It brought significant results in cultivating the high-quality engineering talents.
