南非中小学环境与可持续发展教育的课程模式与教学实践

摘  要:环境与可持续发展教育是南非在可持续发展环境维度上的教育方案。南非以跨学科知识整合的方式,将环境与可持续发展教育纳入中小学课程与教学,使其成为中小学教育的重要组成部分。在课程领域,南非并未单独设置专门科目,而是将环境与可持续性相关知识融入现行科目、项目和活动,形成“科目式”“项目式”“活动式”的课程模式。在教学领域,南非为教师提供包含教学知识建构(前)、教学过程(中)和教学评估(后)全过程的教学实践指导。南非中小学环境与可持续发展教育由多方主体合力驱动,形成了政府机构、社会组织、中小学“三方协作”推进的发展特征。Environmental and Sustainability Education(ESE)represents South Africa's educational initiatives within the environmental dimension of sustainable development.By integrating interdisciplinary knowledge,South Africa has incorporated ESE into primary and secondary school curricula and teaching,making it an essential part of education at these levels.First,in terms of curriculum development,South Africa does not have a separate subject dedicated to this field;instead,it integrates environmental and sustainability knowledge into existing subjects,projects,and activities,creating"subject-based","project-based",and"activity-based"ESE curriculum types.Second,in the realm of teaching,South Africa provides teachers with comprehensive guidance throughout the entire teaching process,including knowledge construction(pre-teaching),teaching processes(during teaching),and teaching assessment(post-teaching).All in all,the advancement of ESE in South African schools is driven by a collaborative effort among various stakeholders,characterized by a collaboration involving government agencies,social organizations,and schools.
