摘　　要：师范类专业认证背景下,美术学师范类人才培养秉持“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,贯彻国家的政策、义务教育艺术课程标准,强化美育教育思想引领。美术学创新人才培养应坚持立德树人,对标中学岗位需求的课程体系,构建协同育人培养机制,从实践能力、师范生技能、课程思政、教学评价等多方面探索与实践,培养胜任义务基础教育的美术人才。Under the background of teacher training certification,fine arts teacher training adheres to the con⁃cept of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement",implements national policies and compulsory education art curriculum standards,strengthens the guidance of aesthetic education thought.It also adheres to moral education and the curriculum system of the post needs of the middle school,aiming to build a collaborative cultivation mechanism.Through exploration and practice of practical ability,skills of normal u⁃niversity students,curriculum ideology and politics,teaching reform,evaluation and other aspects,it culti⁃vates art talents qualified for compulsory education.
