高等职业教育与本科教育联合培养应用型人才的探索与实践

摘　　要：介绍天津铁道职业技术学院与天津中德应用技术大学联合开展的本科层次应用型人才培养工作,联合培养的专业是机械电子工程,培养方向是轨道交通车辆技术。对应用型人才培养工作进行深入探索和实践,在梳理联合培养本科应用型人才基本情况的基础上,在教学实施过程中,对人才培养方案制定、联合培养管理体制等方面进行总结,可为深入推进高等职业教育与本科教育联合培养应用型技术技能人才提供参考。The undergraduate application-oriented talent training jointly carried out by Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College and Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences is introduced,the major of joint training is mechatronics engineering,and the training direction is rail transit vehicle technology.Through in-depth exploration and practice of application-oriented talent training and on the basis of sorting out the basic situation of joint training of undergraduate application-oriented talents,in the implementation process of training,the development of talent training plan and management system of joint training are summarized to provide a reference for further promoting joint training of application-oriented technical and skilled talents through higher vocational education and undergraduate education.
