摘　　要：放射性药品在医疗领域发挥着重要作用,但同时也存在一定的风险和安全隐患。医疗机构实行药物警戒,保障患者用药安全,包括放射性药品的药物使用安全。美国和欧盟药物警戒体系的运行及管理等方面较为成熟,中国可以借鉴其先进理念,建立适合自己的放射性药物警戒体系。Radiopharmaceuticals play an important role in the medical field,but they also carry certion risks and potential safety concerns.Medical institutions implement pharmacovigilance to ensure the safety of patients’drug use,including the safety of Radiopharmaceuticals.The operation and management of the pharmacovigilance system in the United States and the European Union are relatively mature.China can learn from their advanced concepts and establish our own radiopharmaciligence system.
