摘 要:高职院校实践课原则上占总课时的一半以上,是提升学生能力的重要途径之一。基于企业视角,采用访谈、文本分析等方法,通过质性分析发现,高职院校实践课问题主要集中在实践教学理念和目标、内容和实施、资源和配置、评价和反馈等四个方面;背后的归因主要是被动参与替代了主动,课堂场域覆盖了课程场域,作为个体作用未带来积极互动,简单应用未形成技术转化;进一步从社会结构和互动理论予以检视,提出要培养学生解决复杂问题的能力,满足企业高质量发展、产业转型升级的迫切需要。In principle,practical courses in higher vocational colleges account for more than half of the total class hours,which is one of the important ways to improve students'ability.Based on the enterprise viewpoint,this paper adopts the methods of interview and text analysis,and finds out through qualitative analysis that the problems of practical courses in higher vocational colleges mainly focus on the four aspects,namely,the philosophy and goal of practical teaching,content and implementation,resources and allocation,evaluation and feedback.The main attribution is that passive participation replaces active participation,the classroom field covers the curriculum field,and the effect of individuals does not bring positive interaction,and simple application does not form technology transformation.The paper further examines practical courses from the social structure and interaction theory,and put forwards to cultivate students'ability to solve complex problems,so as to meet the urgent needs of high-quality development of enterprises and industrial transformation and upgrading.
