摘　　要：在产业转型升级过程中,必须加强对职业教育学生学习质量提升策略的研究。在理念层面,树立行动建构导向的职业教育学生学习质量观。在理论层面,基于三元交互决定论、现代系统论以及智力因素与非智力因素理论,分别构建职业教育学生学习质量影响因素的总体分析框架、外部环境分析框架以及个体特质分析框架。在操作层面,需要基于工作过程系统化课程的人才培养理念和教学结构,探讨职业教育学生学习质量的提升对策。In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to strengthen the research on improving the learning quality of vocational education students.At the conceptual level,it is essential to set up the concept of learning quality guided by action construction-oriented for vocational education students.At the theoretical level,based on ternary interaction determinism,modern system theory and the theory of intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors,the overall analysis framework,external environment analysis framework and individual trait analysis framework of vocational education students'learning quality are constructed respectively.At the operational level,it is vital to explore the countermeasures to improve the learning quality of vocational education students,based on the concept of talents cultivation and teaching structure of the systematic curriculum in the working process.
