摘　　要：随着社会各产业的深度发展,对专业技术人才的层次需求不断提升,市场技术人才资源难以实现有效配置,与企业用人需求不匹配。在此背景下,集团化企业办学模式应运而生,其以企业为办学主体,结合职业院校和企业的技术人才培养资源,实现职业教育人才培养模式的创新发展。因此,立足社会产业发展新形势和新要求,深入分析职业教育集团化企业办学现状,挖掘企业办学的现有问题和内在原因,并站在产业发展驱动的视角提出职业教育集团化企业办学的优化发展策略,促进职业教育与产业综合发展的深度融合,推动现代职业教育创新发展。With the deep development of various industries in society,the level of demand for professional and technical talents is constantly increasing.It is difficult to achieve effective allocation of market technology talent resources,which does not match the employment needs of enterprises.In this context,the group enterprise education model has emerged,with enterprises as the main body of education,combined with the technical talent training resources of vocational colleges and enterprises,to achieve innovative development of vocational education talent training models.Therefore,based on the new situation and requirements of social and industrial development,the study deeply analyzes the current situation of vocational education group enterprise education,explores the existing problems and internal reasons of enterprise education,and proposes optimization development strategies for vocational education group enterprise education from the perspective of industrial development drive,promoting the deep integration of vocational education and industrial comprehensive development,and promoting the innovative development of modern vocational education.
