摘  要:新农科建设背景下,产学研协同育人有利于农业类高职院校和企业、科研院所充分发挥各自的资源优势,深度融合,共同发展。在研究新农科建设对农业类高职院校产学研协同育人提出的新内涵、分析其面临的新困境基础上,从产学研协同育人的目标、原则、内容、主体和举措五个方面,构建农业高职“12345”产学研协同育人新模式,为培养新农科所需的高素质技术技能人才提供借鉴与指导,为我国实现乡村全面振兴提供人才支撑。Under the background of the construction of"new agricultural science",the industry-university-research collaborative talents cultivation is beneficial for agricultural higher vocational colleges,enterprises and scientific research institutes to give full play to their respective resource advantages,deep integration and common development.On the basis of studying the new connotation of the construction of"new agricultural science"to the industry-university-research collaborative talents cultivation in agricultural higher vocational colleges and analyzing the new difficulties it faces,the new mode of"12345"industry-university-research collaborative talents cultivation in agricultural higher vocational colleges is constructed from the five aspects of the objectives,principles,contents,subjects and measures.It provides reference and guidance for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents needed by new agricultural science,and provides talent support for the overall revitalization of rural areas in China.
