摘 要:学徒制是我国深化校企合作、开展工学交替的人才培养模式改革的有效探索,自从2014年试点以来,在国家政策引导、地方政策统筹管理和试点单位的积极实践下,逐步形成了具有中国特色的学徒制。2022年实施的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》首次提出“中国特色学徒制”,是学徒制回归职业教育本真内涵的制度创新,为高职院校产教融合发展提供了新思路,也是职业院校全面建设职业教育校企命运共同体的路径选择。在开展“中国特色学徒制”的实践过程中,会面临行业政策、校企合作、课程开发、教师团队组建等一系列问题。只有严格按照新职教法的相关规定,结合我国现阶段学徒制的运行实际开展探索研究,才能有效助推“中国特色学徒制”良性健康发展。Apprenticeship is an effective exploration of deepening school-enterprise cooperation and carrying out the reform of talent training mode of work-study alternation in China.Since the pilot in 2014,under the guidance of national policies,the overall management of local policies and the active practice of pilot units,an apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics has been gradually formed.The"Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China"implemented in 2022 first proposed the"apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics",which is an institutional innovation for the apprenticeship system to return to the true connotation of vocational education.It provides a new idea for the integration and development of production and education in higher vocational colleges,and is also the path choice for vocational colleges to comprehensively build a community of shared future for vocational education schools and enterprises.In the process of carrying out the practice of'Apprenticeship with Chinese Characteristics',it will face a series of problems such as industry policy,school-enterprise cooperation,curriculum development,teacher team formation and so on.Only in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the new vocational education law,combined with the actual operation of the apprenticeship system in China at this stage to carry out exploration and research,in order to effectively promote the'Chinese characteristics apprenticeship'healthy development.
