摘　　要：针灸是中医走向世界的先行官。随着中医的认可度越来越高,国际上迫切需要大量针灸学专业的高端人才。我国医学研究生分为学术型和专业型。专业型研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训并轨,四证合一的模式使其成为众多医学生的首要选择;针灸学专业学术型研究生的培养模式尚不成熟且无统一标准,严重影响学生报考的积极性和针灸科研学术的未来发展。如何使针灸学专业学术型研究生提高创新能力,成为当下亟待解决的重要问题。文章就学术型研究生培养中遇到的问题进行商榷,旨在为针灸学专业学术型研究生培养提供一些对策,从而提升针灸学专业学术型研究生科研、教学以及临床等方面的能力。Acupuncture and moxibustion is the pioneer of traditional Chinese medicine in the world.With the increasing recognition of traditional Chinese medicine,there is an urgent need for a large number of high-end professionals in acupuncture internationally.Medical postgraduates in China are divided into academic postgraduates and professional postgraduates.The combination of profes⁃sional postgraduate education and standardized training of residents,and the“four in one”model has made it the primary choice for many medical students.The training mode of academic postgraduates of acupuncture and moxibustion is not mature and there is no unified standard,which seriously affects the enthusiasm of students to apply for examinations and the future development of acupunc⁃ture and moxibustion research.How to improve the innovation ability of academic postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and moxibus⁃tion has become an important problem to be solved.This paper discussed the problems encountered in the cultivation of academic post⁃graduates,aiming to provide some insights and countermeasures for the cultivation of academic postgraduates of acupuncture and moxibustion,so as to enhance the ability of academic postgraduates of acupuncture and moxibustion in scientific research,teaching and clinical practice.
